“I need to get out of my head.”
But here’s what I know after years of doing this:
You’re not going to get out of your head.
Not completely. Not permanently. Not even on your best day.
So if that’s the goal, you’re chasing something that doesn’t really exist and you’re probably being way harder on yourself than you need to be.
